A golf cart lithium conversion works best when the battery is engineered around the vehicle—not selected from voltage and Ah alone. HSS Energy supplies 36V, 48V, 60V and 72V LiFePO4 golf cart batteries for lead-acid replacement, fleet upgrades and OEM projects, with continuous and peak discharge current configured around the controller, motor and duty cycle. Our Golf Cart Lithium Batteries series includes products such as the 60V 105Ah Golf Cart Lithium Battery, the 36V 105Ah Golf Cart Lithium Battery, and so on.
That system-matched approach helps avoid the most common conversion problems: an undersized BMS, an incompatible charger, or a battery that fits the voltage but not the vehicle. We review the controller, charger, wiring, protection and battery compartment before recommending a configuration.

· eliminate routine watering on flooded lead-acid fleets
· replace a multi-battery bank with one integrated pack where the vehicle layout allows
· make better use of installed battery energy under the approved LiFePO4 operating window
· support more predictable charging with a suitable lithium charger
· reduce battery-bank weight when the selected configuration is lighter than the original lead-acid set

Maintenance |
Flooded batteries may require watering and terminal maintenance. |
No watering; normal inspection of cables, terminals and protection still applies. |
|
Battery layout |
Often several batteries connected in series. |
A single integrated pack may simplify the battery bank when fit and current are confirmed. |
|
Charging |
Existing charger is matched to lead-acid chemistry. |
LiFePO4-compatible charging profile must be confirmed; a matching onboard charger can be supplied. |
|
Vehicle fit |
Original layout is already defined around the existing bank. |
Enclosure, terminals, cables and hold-down points can be reviewed around the available compartment. |
We do not apply one current rating across the full range. Continuous and peak discharge current are selected according to controller limits, motor power, duty cycle and expected load.
· Voltage platforms: 36V / 48V / 60V / 72V
· Capacity: selected around required operating time and vehicle space
· Communication options: CAN, RS485 and Bluetooth
· Charging: matching onboard charger available for approved configurations
· OEM options: enclosure, terminals, cable layout, label and other project-specific details
Battery configurations can be reviewed for Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, Star EV, Tomberlin, Bintelli and other golf cart or utility-vehicle platforms based on the actual system.

Compatibility is confirmed by vehicle configuration Brand name alone is not enough. Final fit depends on system voltage, controller, charger, battery compartment, cable layout and the ordered battery configuration. |
· golf cart brand and model
· original battery-bank voltage and battery arrangement
· motor and controller information
· normal and peak current, if available
· charger model or output specification
· required capacity or daily operating time
· battery-compartment dimensions
· CAN / RS485 / Bluetooth requirements, if needed
· estimated order quantity
If you already have the vehicle label, controller photo, charger label or battery-compartment drawing, send them with the enquiry. These details usually make the first configuration review much faster.
Which voltage platforms are available?
Standard HSS Energy golf cart battery platforms cover 36V to 72V, including 36V, 48V, 60V and 72V projects. Final voltage must match the vehicle electrical system.
Are discharge-current ratings fixed?
No. Continuous and peak current are configured according to the motor, controller and real load conditions of the project.
Can one lithium pack replace several lead-acid batteries?
In many projects, yes. Total voltage, controller current, charger, wiring, protection and battery-compartment space need to be verified first.
Can I keep the original golf cart charger?
Not automatically. Lead-acid and LiFePO4 charging profiles are different. We review the existing charger, and a matching onboard charger can be supplied for the approved battery configuration.
Can communication be added?
Yes. CAN, RS485 and Bluetooth are available as optional functions depending on the vehicle and ordered configuration.
What certifications are available?
Certification and transport-document scope varies by battery configuration and destination market. The applicable documents should be confirmed for the selected model before order approval.
