For a 51.2V 105Ah golf cart battery, this SKU is positioned as the mainstream performance step above the 36V-class entry platform, especially when lifted chassis, larger tires, passenger load or accessories increase vehicle demand.
|
• 5.376kWh nominal energy at the same 105Ah capacity — about 33% more energy than the 38.4V / 105Ah platform. • 200A maximum continuous discharge supports higher-demand drive and accessory loads within the approved system configuration. • 400A / 35s peak capability supports short acceleration and hill-climb demand when matched to the controller and motor. • 51.2V nominal / 58.4V charge architecture suits mainstream 48V-class lithium conversion projects. |
Approval Checks Before Production • Confirm controller input-voltage range and motor current demand. • Verify the charger uses the approved 58.4V LiFePO4 profile. • Review cable size, fuse strategy, connector rating and DC-DC accessory loads. • Confirm battery tray clearance, retention points, display and communication requirements. |
As a 48V 105Ah golf cart battery, this SKU targets mainstream 48V golf carts where route length, passenger count, lifted geometry, accessories or utility work create more demand than the 36V entry platform.
|
• Golf-course carts and fleet-renewal programs requiring a mainstream 48V platform. • Private / recreational carts, including lifted carts and larger-tire configurations after load review. • Resort and hotel shuttle carts with repeated daily passenger duty. • Community mobility, campus utility and property-maintenance carts. • Higher accessory loads such as lighting, sound, refrigeration or utility equipment when DC-DC architecture is approved. |
customers Role • Fleet operator standardizing a 48V lithium platform. • Distributor needing a high-demand 48V offering in the 105Ah family. • Golf-cart builder / modifier integrating larger tires, accessories or upgraded drivetrains. • OEM project customers requiring connector, display, communication or case customization. |
A 51.2V lithium golf cart battery project should start from the confirmed 500 × 318 × 231 mm reference case and 47 kg pack, then adapt case proportions, mounting, cable exits and connector positions to the customer’s battery compartment when required.
• Drawing size: 500 × 318 × 231 mm, ±3 mm.
• Drawing dimensions exclude terminals and carry handles.
• Reference finished-pack weight: 47 kg.
• Front interface zone with high-current outputs, control / communication points and external display capability.
• IP67 configuration is the current HSS Energy product target for this SKU.
• Case length, width and height can be rebalanced for a customer battery tray after engineering review.
• Mounting base, retention features and carry-handle position can be coordinated with vehicle layout.
• Connector position and cable-exit direction can be adapted for cleaner installation.
• Final dimensions remain subject to cell arrangement, current path, structural, thermal and serviceability requirements
For a 51.2V 105Ah lithium battery, send HSS Energy the cart model, controller and motor data, charger information, tray dimensions, connector preference and communication requirements before configuration approval.

Send HSS Energy your vehicle model, tray dimensions, controller / motor data, charging requirements and preferred interface. We can review the project and propose the right 48V-class pack configuration before production. |

Yes. A 16-series LiFePO4 pack is 51.2V nominal and is positioned in the 48V golf-cart market class. Controller and charger compatibility must still be confirmed.
Do not assume compatibility. The source pack uses a 58.4V charging target, so the charger profile should be reviewed before conversion.
Yes. It is the confirmed reference package. HSS Energy can evaluate alternative case proportions, mounting points and interface positions to fit the customer battery compartment.
The source specification lists 105A standard discharge, 200A maximum continuous discharge and 400A peak for 35 seconds. Actual vehicle demand must remain within the approved configuration.
The source platform supports RS485, external display and Bluetooth APP. CAN can be evaluated after controller protocol information is provided.
