11.1V 10Ah Battery Pack

For OEM teams that need more runtime from an existing 11.1V system, HSS Energy offers the 11.1V 10Ah Battery Pack with 111Wh nominal energy and up to 30A continuous output. The confirmed NCM 21700 design uses a 3S2P arrangement. Depending on the project, A-grade EVE, DMEGC, BAK, LG, or Samsung cells can be selected, while the connector, BMS settings, cable layout, labeling, and finished dimensions are locked before sampling and quotation.
Rating: 5.0
(Rating Count: 1)

For OEM equipment needing more runtime and load headroom, HSS Energy's 11.1V 10Ah Battery Pack combines 10Ah capacity with a 30A continuous-discharge reference on an 11.1V platform. Six 21700 cells are arranged in 3S2P, with up to 5A charging.

The approved build then fixes the cell model, connector, polarity, cable length, BMS settings, finished size, and required documents so sampling and repeat orders follow the same controlled specification.

1. More Runtime Without Changing the Voltage Platform

At 111Wh nominal energy, this pack gives an 11.1V system a larger energy reserve without moving to a higher voltage class. For buyers comparing an 11.1V 10Ah rechargeable battery pack, the gain is straightforward: longer time between charges when the equipment load stays the same. It is a stronger fit when runtime is the constraint, not voltage.

A stronger fit when:

● the equipment already uses an 11.1V nominal battery platform;

● the main goal is longer runtime rather than a higher system voltage;

● continuous load stays within the confirmed 30A limit;

● the approximate 68 x 45 x 72 mm size and 0.5kg mass fit the product envelope.

2. Capacity Is Not Useful If the Pack Cannot Carry the Load

The supplied specification sets 30A as the maximum continuous discharge current and references a 30A BMS. That gives the 11.1V 10000mAh battery pack useful load headroom compared with low-current packs at the same voltage and capacity. Peak demand still needs a separate check because no higher short-duration current rating was supplied.

3. Why 3S2P 21700 Makes Sense Here

Six 5000mAh cells create three series groups with two cells in parallel, delivering 11.1V nominal voltage and 10Ah rated capacity. In a 3S2P 21700 battery pack, the parallel pair raises capacity and current capability while the three series groups keep the system on the 11.1V platform. The result is a compact six-cell architecture instead of a larger count of smaller cells.

4. A 30A BMS Is Part of the System, Not a Checkbox

The reference design lists a 30A BMS together with 5A maximum charge current, a charge cut-off of no more than 12.6V, and a discharge cut-off of at least 7.8V, with 9V recommended. For an 11.1V 21700 battery pack, these values define the starting protection envelope, but the final BMS functions and thresholds should be confirmed with the load and charger. The supplied BMS graphic is a marketing illustration, not proof that every protection function shown is enabled on this exact configuration.

5. Fit, Cable Exit, and Connector Choice Decide Integration

At approximately 68 x 45 x 72 mm and 0.5kg, the pack has a compact footprint for a 10Ah design, but enclosure fit depends on cable exit and connector clearance as much as the pack body. XT30, DC5521, and XT60 are listed as connector options. An 11.1V 10Ah lithium ion battery pack should be frozen in an approved drawing before the customer releases the surrounding enclosure.

6. Branded A-Grade Cells Make Repeat Orders Easier to Control

Cell sourcing can be evaluated with A-grade 21700 cells from EVE, DMEGC, BAK, LG, or Samsung, subject to project requirements and availability. The approved BOM should record the exact cell brand and model together with the BMS, connector, polarity, cable, and label so repeat orders do not drift between loosely defined equivalent parts. The supplied assembly and packed-shipment photos support production and delivery context, but they are not treated as proof that the photographed batch is this exact model unless internally verified.

FAQ

What are the confirmed electrical ratings?

The pack is rated at 11.1V nominal voltage and 10Ah capacity, with approximately 111Wh nominal energy. The supplied specification lists 30A maximum continuous discharge and 5A maximum charge current.

What cell format and configuration are used?

The confirmed platform uses NCM 21700 cells in a 3S2P arrangement. Rated capacity is 10Ah and minimum rated capacity is 9.9Ah.

Can I specify the cell brand?

Yes. A-grade cell options from EVE, DMEGC, BAK, LG, or Samsung can be evaluated according to the required current, availability, target cost, and project documentation. The approved cell model should be fixed in the BOM before production.

What cycle life is specified?

The supplied technical sheet states more than 1000 cycles with remaining capacity above 80% of initial capacity. Because the full cycle-test conditions were not supplied, this should be treated as a stated reference rather than an unconditional service-life guarantee.

What BMS rating is specified?

The reference specification lists a 30A BMS. Protection functions and thresholds beyond the stated current rating should be confirmed in the final BMS specification.

Which connectors are available?

XT30, DC5521, and XT60 are listed as options. Final connector model, polarity, wire gauge, cable length, and exit direction should be recorded on the approved drawing.

Can it replace any 11.1V or 12V battery?

No. Voltage alone is not enough. Continuous and peak current, charge profile, cut-off behavior, connector, polarity, dimensions, weight, and operating environment all need to match the equipment.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Please provide normal and peak current, runtime target, available battery space, preferred connector, cable length, cell-brand preference, charger information, destination, required documents, and expected quantity.

Request a Project Quotation

For the 11.1V 10Ah Battery Pack, send HSS Energy your normal and peak current, runtime target, battery-space drawing, preferred connector, cell-brand preference, charger details, destination, required documents, and expected quantity. CMS and Mobile Notes

● Use the complete product name as the page’s only h2.

● Keep visible paragraphs to roughly two to four sentences and convert the specification table to stacked label-value rows on narrow screens.

● Place the hero image directly below the h2, the BMS illustration beside the BMS section, and connector reference beside the integration section.

● Keep the production and pallet photos next to repeat-order / production claims rather than using them as generic hero images.

● Do not publish the MSDS screenshot as exact-model documentation until the model and client mismatch is resolved.

● Place the quotation CTA immediately after the FAQ and link it to a requirement form.
